Before drafting Angel I knew I wanted to play on the idea of angels and demons, only created with technology instead of something religious. In the original plan, Jeff was supposed to be a Demon. It would put him in direct conflict with the angel, Gabriel. But I realized I wanted to play with. Today, we're celebrating the nd anniversary of southwest Utah's Zion National Park with a visit to its Subway slot canyon. Zion is defined by its breathtakingly steep red cliffs, its maze of sandstone canyons, and its waterfalls with colorful hanging gardens.

Gabriel is a cybernetic angel, Archangel Class, assigned to protect Heaven from demons who try to steal supplies. Jeff is a single father struggling to raise his daughter and survive down below. He has exceptional engineering/IT skills, which make him valuable to the demons who rule Old Trent.
